Booking and Cancelling
• All the bookings should be made in advance.
• We don’t charge for the cancellation conditioned you cancel your booking in an acceptable timing.
Arriving and Selecting the Treatment
• The customers are advised to reach the place 5 minutes prior to the appointment to allow the therapist prepare for the treatment.
• The customers are requested to switch off the mobile phones or keep it in a silent mode once they have arrived, to avoid disturbance while the session.
• If you are not aware of the treatment you should opt for, our manager will help you assisting the right treatment for you, asking the things like to which component you are allergic or not.
• If you are suffering through any injury or under any medical attention, then informing us prior starting the session is mandatory. It will allow us to take things into consideration and based on that, we will start with our treatment.
In middle of your treatment
• Treatments are based on the level of your dressing comfort.
• Please do not invite embarrassment of asking sexual pleasures.
• Arriving under the influence of alcohol shall not be entertained.
Mode of Payment
• Payment made in advance is accepted.
• Payments are accepted by cash, debit or credit cards in INR value.
